Each seine is hand-built using a proprietary polypropylene and polyester blend rope on both float and lead lines. Standard construction includes 3×3 inch hard floats evenly distributed on the top line and leads spaced along the bottom line for proper weight and balance during harvest.

Polyethylene construction offers good durability and handles well in freshwater applications. The 1 5/8 inch mesh is sized for food fish harvest in catfish and similar operations.
